Exale brewing announce new Kitchen residency at their taproom on the Blackhorse beer mile

Exale brewing are delighted to announce their new kitchen resident who will be joining them from next month.

The kitchen will be under the stewardship of Sophie Tang, (Tangy’s) Sophie’s SE-Asian fusion style of small plates have graced the kitchens of the Rose & Crown Kentish town, Duke’s

Head Highgate, Beavertown, the Filly Brook and the Barrel Project Bermondsey amongst many more!

Expect dishes that include the incredible corn ribs, pork belly twizzlers, red curry prawn toast, pineapple kimchi, Bone marrow and beef shin curry plus so many more.

Combining many elements of the brewing process with her dishes, such as beer tempura spring onions and using beer vinegar to make the kimchi making it a seamless collaborative relationship.

Exale taproom is known as a welcoming, inclusive space with a focus on great indie beers, serving up their own award winning beers as well as lots of guest beers and Alc free offerings from friends around the UK & beyond.

Tangys residency begins with a soft Launch on August 10th.
