Bleecker Burger and Lost and Grounded Brewers Collaborate on Extra Nice Lager, to Support Stonewall Housing

Bleecker Burger and Lost and Grounded Brewers, the celebrated brewery, are excited to announce the launch of their new lager, Extra Nice 4% Extra Dry Lager. This unique collaboration aims to support Stonewall Housing, the leading national charity supporting LGBTQ+ people experiencing homelessness or living in an unsafe environment.

Extra Nice will be the newest permanent addition to Lost and Grounded core lager range, and will be available in both cans and kegs from Monday 24th June. The collaboration between Bleecker and Lost and Grounded brings together the best of both worlds – exceptional food and outstanding beer – for a cause that truly matters.

Supporting Stonewall Housing

Stonewall Housing has been at the forefront of providing safe and secure housing for LGBTQ+ individuals who face homelessness or live in precarious situations. The charity’s work is crucial in ensuring that more people have a safe place to call home. By partnering with Stonewall Housing, Bleecker and Lost and Grounded are committing to making a positive impact on the lives of those in need.

A Beer with a Purpose

“We are thrilled to be collaborating with Lost and Grounded, a Brand whose values really align with us, on this project. The design was brought to life by Jodi Fox at Studio Zenko, one of the few trans-owned creative agencies out there” said Liam O’Keefe, Brand Director at Bleecker. “Our goal was not only to create an amazing beer, but to support a great cause, and host events throughout the year in London and Bristol.”

Alex Troncoso, Co-Founder of Lost and Grounded Brewers, “When Bleecker approached us with this project it immediately felt like an amazing opportunity. Extra Nice is a beer designed with inclusivity at its core – crisp and clean with 20% rice in the grist to lighten the body, this is a beer to be enjoyed by all beer lovers. It has been a great experience working with Bleecker, Studio Zenko and our team to bring this project to fruition, and we are proud to be able to support Stonewall Housing.”

Availability

Extra Nice will be available from Monday 24th June at all Bleecker locations, selected bars, and through Lost and Grounded’s webstore. A portion of the proceeds from every can and keg sold will be donated directly to Stonewall Housing, ensuring that every purchase makes a difference.

Join Us in Making a Difference

To celebrate the launch, Bleecker and Lost and Grounded will be hosting a series of events, which will provide an opportunity for the community to come together, enjoy great beer, and learn more about Stonewall Housing’s important work.

About Lost and Grounded

Lost and Grounded Brewers is a brewery in Bristol, UK, established in July 2016. They are a team fascinated by the precision of German brewing and the idiosyncratic nature of Belgian beers, and their flagship Keller Pils won Gold at the World Beer Cup 2023 in the Kellerbier/Zwickelbier beer-style category. Operating out of a state-of-the-art brewhouse from Krones, Lost and Grounded Brewers produce beers with balance, nuance and depth of character, and all of their beers are unfiltered and vegan friendly.
