Award-winning author, brewer and freelance food and drink writer. Daniel has been writing about food and drink for six years and contributes to a number of national papers and magazines including the Guardian, Independent, Telegraph, Delicious and Vice. In 2015 his first book Food Unwrapped (Random House) was published and he was runner-up Young Beer Writer of the Year at the British Guild of Beer Writers Awards. Daniel also owns and operates The Beak nano-brewery and has recently started collaborating with several London-based brewers.
