What you can offer as a writer/beer lover?
Thirty years of beer writing experience and professional journalistic standards. I have judged beer competitions in countries as varied as the USA, Poland, Russia, Brazil, Italy, Germany, Netherlands and Belgium, and have considerable experience in hosting beer events and organising competitions – chairman of the judges for the International Beer Challenge for 17 years (so far). I have a track record of delivering successful books on time, including eight editions of the Good Beer Guide (as editor), eight editions of the Good Bottled Beer Guide, three editions of the Book of Beer Knowledge and So You Want to Be a Beer Expert? Newspaper and magazine work includes features for The Guardian, The Daily Telegraph, Sunday Mirror and Radio Times. Regular contributor to Beer and Drinks Retailing News (reviews of new beer releases), among other beer/trade publications.
