Beer and Life: If you have to eat and drink anyway, you might as well enjoy it. This is an important rule of life that I learned at home. Born and raised in Brussels, I was quick to appreciate the offerings from our Zenne valley: the Geuze and Lambiek. As a beer teacher, member of Zythos, Pint, CAMRA, the Antwerp Bier College and as Beer Master, Stibon graduate and graduate in The Art of Beer Serving, I see it as my mission to give beer the recognition it deserves.
