Charles has written about beer, other drinks, food and restaurants for over 20 years. He is a past winner of the Glenfiddich Restaurant Writer of the year. As well as being a BBC Radio 4 Food Programme regular he has held onto a seat at the BBC Masterchef judging table for a decade. He has written a number of cook books, makes cider and perry, and has a fortnightly pub food review column in Pub and Bar Magazine. Cheers!
